Another week, another game without Eric Berry.

Berry is officially inactive along with injured wide receiver Donnie Avery and cornerback Chris Owens. This is the fifth straight game Berry has missed since suffering a high ankle sprain in week two against the Denver Broncos. He was listed as questionable for todays game after being limited in practice all week.

Junior Hemingway and Sean Smith will be active today even with their leg injuries. Smith has been limited in practice due to a groin injury while Hemingway missed Wednesday’s practice with a leg muscle injury. Both with be active and will play against the St. Louis Rams.

The rest of the Chiefs inactive players are pretty standard. Aaron Murray, Eric Kush, Laurent Duvernay-Tardif, and Damion Square will not be available to the Chiefs. Murray, Duvervay-Tardif, and Square have yet to be active for a game this season.

The Rams are going to be short a player or two in the secondary this week after injuries to starting corner Janoris Jenkins and Trumaine Johnson. All four of the corners available to the Rams today are rookies.

Center Tim Barnes, quarterback Case Keenum, tight end Alex Bayer, defensive end Ethan Westbrooks, and safety Maurice Alexander are the rest of the Rams who are inactive today.
