Jamaal Charles Advances To Round Of Eight In Madden Cover Vote

Jamaal Charles is one step closer to being cursed.
Madden has revealed the results of the first round of voting for the cover of their next edition of the game and Charles has advanced. It wasn’t an easy advancement, however, as Charles overtook A.J. Green by just a four point spread, 52-percent to 48-percent.
Charles will need a much better showing to take down his next challenger, Cam Newton. Newton cruised by Antonio Brown (why was he an option?) with 80-percent of the vote. Charles may have a decent shot a winning the vote if his Twitter buzz in any indication. He’s currently the fifth most talked about candidate on Twitter of any of the 16 cover finalists.
