Every Sunday morning we do our best to catch you up on everything you may have missed during the week in a series we like to call AA Sunday Review. Here’s some of the best stuff from the past week.

MONDAY:Breaking Down The Chiefs’ Needs By Position” by Lyle Graversen

"Ladies and gentlemen, the 2014 NFL Draft is now officially less than two weeks away. At this point the draft hysteria has hit an all time high. In previous years the draft would have been this past weekend and we would now be discussing the Chiefs selections and scouring the internet for information on these new players. However, thanks to the NFL wanting to squeeze every last bit of media attention out of the event we now have two extra weeks to wait. I’ve already begun assembling my final Chiefs mock for next week leading up to the draft, but first I thought it would be good to take one final close look at the current roster to see exactly where KC needs to make additions before the start of the season."

TUESDAY:Run With The Big Dogs In 2014” by Stacy Smith

"Since this time last week, the NFL’s regular season schedule has been released. We now know the order, dates, and times of the Kansas City Chiefs’ opponents in 2014. I’ve had a few days to dissect the team’s slate of games and it’s painfully apparent that Chiefs will have their work cut out for them if they hope to return to the NFL playoffs. According to research done by NFL Network, Kansas City has the league’s 7th-toughest schedule this year."

TUESDAY:Kansas City Chiefs Draft: Go For Defense” by Nick Floyd

"For the Kansas City Chiefs there has been much speculation about not only who are they going to pick but what position are they going to focus on. Do they go with a dynamic wide receiver such as Brandin Cooks or Kelvin Benjamin? Or do they focus on the defensive side of the ball and pick up a difference maker like Minnesota’s Ra’shede Hageman or Notre Dame’s Louis Nix?"

THURSDAY:Roger Goodell Could Learn From Silver” by Natasha Sims

"Will Goodell respond to the reckless and dangerous behavior of one of his bosses in a manner consistent with his decisions on player misconduct? Or is this ‘protection’ he loves to reference merely a facade?"

FRIDAY:I Pretended To Be John Dorsey, Here’s What Happened” by Nick Clayton

"As I mentioned last week, I have been the designated Kansas City Superfan by ESPN’s Football Today podcast for the last several years. Although the superfans don’t do much on the program anymore, the one tradition that we have maintained is my favorite — the Superfan Super Mock Draft."

SATURDAY:AFC West Draft Realities” by Laddie Morse

"In what is being touted as the deepest draft in light years with the best DT in 10 years (Aaron Donald), and a plethora of top-notch QBs sprinkled across every round; with a wonderland of wideouts not seen in 15 years, and possibly an equal number of quality corners as wideouts. When all of this is being provided by this 2014 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos and the San Diego Chargers (the Chiefs’ main AFC West competition) are each getting seven draft picks while Oakland, like K.C., is receiving six (however Oakland gets theirs in the early part of each round)."

Hope you enjoyed our work this week. Have a great Sunday!
