Nothing can quite drive a wedge between fans of the same team like a game that doesn’t involve that team. That’s exactly what’s happening today. With the Super Bowl involving two teams not named the Kansas City Chiefs, it leaves Addicts in a bit of a pickle on who they should root for.
On one hand, many Addicts are rooting for the Seattle Seahawks because to root for the Denver Broncos would be blasphemy, punishable by 20 lashes from a wet noodle. However, there are others who have made it clear that an AFC West team bringing home the Lombardi Trophy would bring honor and distinction to the whole division.
So, Addicts, I leave it to you. What team are you rooting for today during the 48th playing of the Super Bowl? Are you a Denver Broncos fan for the day, or will you be cheering on the Seattle Seahawks?
To help with showing where Chiefs Kingdom is coming down on this topic, we’ve created a poll for you to show your support. Please make sure to let us know in the comments section below why you chose the team you did.
Either way, remember, we’re all Chiefs fans and members of the same family.
