Jeff Allen Talks Moving On From Chiefs' Loss At Denver

Kansas City Chiefs’ guard Jeff Allen recently talked about moving on from the loss at Denver and focusing on the next opponent: San Diego

How do the Chiefs do it?

“Just try to forget about it the best way you can and move on,” Allen explained. It’s a new week, 100 percent focus goes towards San Diego, coming back home to Arrowhead and getting a win.”

It’s hard for me to not look past San Diego. I want to beat Denver so bad!

I hear ya, but I’d like a confidence boost before we get a 2nd crack, and hopefully SD at Arrowhead can provide that.

I’m really looking forward to the Denver game as well, but if they lose focus just a little bit San Diego will bite them on the ass, San Diego ALWAYS plays the Chiefs tough.

One game at a time and Denver in due time their time is coming. and you can take that to the bank jack

What’s a Denver??? San Diego is the only thing that matters. San Diego, San Diego, San Diego!!!

Yes, stay very focused. I still dread thinking about the time the Chiefs were looking ahead for the incoming Steelers and thought all they had to do was suit up against the lowly Colts.

Geez, Jeff, shouldn’t you concentrate more on trying to become a legitimate NFL guard? I do understand you have become a highly proficient photographer snapping great shots of defensive linemen spinning past you heading for the QB. Other NFL defensive linemen say you are a MaHvelous dance partner and your merengue is spectacular at times. When the hell are you going to learn how to pass block? You are rapidly becoming Pioli’s second worst draft pick just behind Jon Baldwin.

In the above photo of Jeff Allen, it is merely coincidental of any resemblance between him and a legitimate NFL guard.

Any Chiefs fan that followed the moves made during the offseason knew that our O-line would be the weak link. Now that this is playing out, everyone acts surprised and upset.

I’ve been following Jeff Allen ever since his days at Illinois. The kid as a lot of heart. He will become starting lineman material.

Anyone who disagrees should read this piece about him in the KC star: http://www.kansascity.com/2013/12/14/4692911/chiefs-lineman-jeff-allen-fights.html
