The Linebackers coach Garry Gibbs talked about working for a coach like Andy Reid and winning instead of losing.
I think it’s a tribute to Coach Reid. He’s a proven winner. He’s a great guy to work for. I think the players feel the same way about playing for him. He treats everybody with a lot of respect and everybody knows what their job is, and at the end of the day, you’ve got to do your job. When you win, you develop confidence and things are always better when you’re winning than when you’re losing.”
This is something we’ve heard time and time again. Reid is a great guy to work for and respects the players as adults. The change at One Arrowhead Drive is so visible from last season, it’s amazing.
