And now for my sleeper candidate: Stephen Morris. He hasn’t made his way onto too many mock drafts yet, but I think by the time April rolls around, you’ll see him in the second round, if not higher. One thing that’s great about this job is from time to time, I get to go with my instinct. My instinct tells me that Morris can be the 2014 equivalent of Russell Wilson. I may be wrong and I may be right but only time will tell. Morris has one of the strongest arms in college and can make any throw on the field look easy. He also has great pocket presence to back it up.

Morris completed 58 percent of his passes for 3,345 yards with 21 touchdowns and 7 interceptions. I believe his completion percentage and touchdown to interception ratio will both improve this year.

So that’s my three names you probably know and one you probably haven’t. I will be writing one of these a week until the draft arrives. Next week will be the center position. I know, mind blowing material for that one, right? I look forward to reading your comments.
