The Kansas City Chiefs have cut 14 players and need to get rid of one more before Tuesday in order to get down to 75.
The full list of cuts can be found here, courtesy of Darin Gantt of NBC’s Pro Football Talk.
The most notable name on the cut list is quarterback Ricky Stanzi, who accomplished absolutely nothing in Kansas City. He did have a pretty good career at Iowa, but unfortunately, that career did not translate to the NFL.
Another name on the list is cornerback Vince Agnew, who drew the ire of many Chiefs fans this season for his bad play in the secondary.
We took to Twitter to ask Chiefs Nation to say goodbye to the two notable players who were cut. Here’s how the Addicts responded:
We got a few of these. Good riddance.
@ArrowheadAddict Good riddance

Here’s a very logical fan, who called it how it was:
@ArrowheadAddict stanzi is fourth best qb, and Agnew sealed his own fait by how he’s played. C ya!!

This one made me laugh:
@ArrowheadAddict toddles about time

And these next two tweets win the Internet:
@ArrowheadAddict Ricky, just because the Chiefs quit on you, it doesn’t mean America has.

@ArrowheadAddict They’ll both be selling insurance within a few months. Thanks for comin’ out though
