Leon Sandcastle Phenomenon Sweeping Chiefs Nation

It is a sign of just how miserable most Kansas City Chiefs fans are that they need to embrace Leon Sandcastle as the team’s #1 pick in the draft.

Because Sandcastle doesn’t exist.

By now you’ve seen the commercial that started all this. It aired during the Super Bowl and has created quite a buzz online with Chiefs fans and NFL fans, alike.

What did you guys think of the Leon Sandcastle commercial? More importantly, where does this rank for you on the list of all-time great Chiefs-related commercials?

Does it surpass this?

It is kind of funny. The Snikers commercial was made when the Chiefs were really good and the Leon Sandcastle commercial came out when the Chiefs were really bad. I guess for KC to be relevant they either have to be a Super Bowl contender for nearly a decade or they have to have the #1 overall pick in the NFL draft.

Ah well.
