Bring on the Rudy Carpenter era.

The news comes from Rudy, himself, via Twitter:

Carpenter played his college ball at Arizona State. He entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 2009. He spent time with the Cowboys and Bucs but only ever saw action in the preseason.
