Report: Bieniemy Candidate To Be Chiefs’ RB Coach

According to John Henderson of The Denver Post, University of Colorado offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy is receiving strong consideration to be the Chiefs’ next RB coach.

Bieniemy is a former NFL RB. He played for the Chargers, Bengals and Eagles from 1991-1999.He coached Adrian Peterson in Minnesota before going to the University of Colorado to serve as their offensive coordinator in 2010.

Bieniemy played for Chiefs head coach Andy Reid during Reid’s first season as the Eagles’ coach in 1999.
