Report: Belcher Murder-Suicide Followed Argument Over Trey Songz Concert

According to the Kansas City Star, a friend of the woman murdered this morning by Chiefs LB Jovan Belcher told the paper that the couple argued early this morning after the victim returned late from Friday’s Trey Songz concert at The Midland.

Information is scarce as the police, media and fans try to make sense out of this pointless tragedy. The Star article claims that the victim, whose name we still have not learned, and Belcher met through one of Belcher’s teammate’s girlfriend. The couple dated for around three years and just recently welcomed the birth of a daughter. The child is reportedly about three months old.
