Chiefs vs. Broncos: Game Day Inacives

The Kansas City Chiefs have released their list of inactive players ahead of today’s matchup vs. the Denver Broncos.

Here’s the damage:

Branden Albert, Devon Wylie, Steve Breaston,Ricky Stanzi, Cyrus Gray, Jerrell Powe, Tysyn Harman

Two important notes here:

1. Albert, as expected, is out. Rookie Donald Stephenson will start at LT in his place. Things could get ugly.

2. Jamar Newsome, just elevated from the practice squad, will play, while Devon Wylie and Steve Breason will both be inactive.

Looks like the Chiefs are throwing receivers at the wall to see what sticks. It will be interesting to see if Newsome gets any looks in the slot today.
