The Kansas City Chiefs have released their final injury report ahead of Sunday’s game with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The news is mostly good. It looks like Kendrick Lewis will finally return. The bad news is that Peyton Hillis and Glenn Dorsey are both going to be out.

Here is the damage:

Baldwin is listed as questionable with a hamstring but his full participation in today’s practice is a good sign. It looks like RB Shaun Draughn will also be available so the Chiefs will at least have two of their four top backs, with Cyrus Gray listed as questionable. Pitoitua is questionable with an elbow but he also participated fully today.
