Kansas City Chiefs Lose To Chargers 37-20

The Kansas City Chiefs embarrassed their fans again this weekend, losing to the San Diego Chargers 37-20.

The Chiefs turned the ball over a staggering six times.

There isn’t really a lot to say at this point. The Chiefs aren’t a good football team. Talent be damned. They don’t execute. They start slow. They turn the ball over. They block poorly. Their QB is horrible. Some of their coaching decisions are questionable.

There aren’t any excuses for the Chiefs. They are group of highly paid, talented professionals and yet they go to work every Sunday and look like the very worst team in the NFL. Other than a few quarters here and there, the Chiefs have been absolutely awful this season.

I am not sure why the Chiefs are so bad. Usually there is a clear reason for why a team is awful. Usually that reason is that the players just aren’t talented. Most people I talk to think the Chiefs have a talented roster but maybe most people are just wrong. I don’t know.

I do know things are likely to get much worse for the Chiefs before they get better. The Baltimore Ravens are coming to town next Sunday.

What do you think is wrong with the Chiefs? Cassel is clearly a problem but he isn’t the only one. Why can’t the Chiefs get it together?

Defensive play calling was a problem to start leaving Gates covered only by Berry. The Oline and Winston in particular are pretty lame both in pass blocking and more so in run blocking. RB fumbles today were certainly a problem but not one that is long term like the Oline one. And the king of all problems of course is Matt Cassel, who honestly does nothing right.

    • http://www.arrowheadaddict.com Patrick Allen

Seems like they corrected the Gates coverage in the second half. The screen coverage is terrible with Crennel’s D. Has been for years.

  • http://twitter.com/taylonr Nate Taylor

Wonder what the spin will be this week. Last week, apparently KC had turned a corner. Perhaps this week it will be that it was such a bad game, that it has to be uncharacteristic. So much so, that KC should be proud to be so close to the 3-1 SD.

    • http://www.arrowheadaddict.com Patrick Allen

It is a long season. I thought for sure last year the Chiefs were going to go 2-14 after the first few weeks. There is no way to know what will happen. All we can talk about now is what we see and right now, the Chiefs are terrible.

      • http://twitter.com/taylonr Nate Taylor

I agree, talk about the Chiefs being terrible right now. No need for spin.

I think too many writers & pundits want to be able to stand up at the end of the season and say “See, I had KC winning the west.”

I’d much rather read an article that talked about how bad KC’s game was today instead of trying to force some glimmer of light into today’s abysmal performance.

        • Danny W

No spin artist out yet, shoot Micah just admitted he was wrong about Cassel, so even his most die hard supporters are coming around.

  • Tyler Frederickson

Watching the press conference and sticking with his qb which is ridiculous

    • http://www.arrowheadaddict.com Patrick Allen

Agreed. He can’t throw him under the bus but he should just say “we will evaluate all the players and make decisions this week.”

  • mikemccoy2

i say its the whole off charles fumbling Cassels pics and just plain bad the whole OFF gets a F from me and i know some people r gonna be like Charles is the nfl leading rusher tho blah blah blah WHO CARES WHAT HE IS IF WE CANT WINS GAMES PERIOD

the Def did ok atmost i just do not get what is going on with this team r they nbot jelling right or whatecver it is it needs fixed and fixed fast

  • Long time fan

The Chiefs have been trying to get back on track for the last 42 years and I have been following them since they moved to KC

  • BurtGummer44

This team just isn’t very good. Probably go at best 4-12

  • Jesse

Lets just start with the Quarterback and go from there. He’s flat out not the leader for this team period!!!!1

    • http://www.arrowheadaddict.com Patrick Allen

He just can’t play consistent football. Missing wide open receivers is unacceptable.

      • Danny W

He needs good vibes Paddy thats all. His feeling are hurt buy us doubting fans. If we believe in Matt Cassel he will make all the throws. :-)

        • http://www.facebook.com/jeff.sweatt.5 Jeff Sweatt

Feelings are hurt? This is the NFL. Failed sarcasm aside, we just don’t like to see our team embarass us this way. Six turnovers is what I’d expect from Michigan playing Notre Dame. Not a team with Jamaal Charles, Peyton Hillis, Dwayne Bowe, Tony Moeoeki, Eric Berry, Dexter McCluster, a ferocious linebacking corps, Tamba Hali, et al. Millions of dollars wasted at the QB position = no playoff hopes, embarassing losses, total waste of all the other talent left on the roadside with no one to rally around.

          • Danny W

            Hi Jeff
Welcome aboard here man. Most folks that have been here for a long time know that I was being sarcastic. The guys that want to argue and fight with most realist on here defend Cassel because he just needs a chance with positive thoughts or more time in the pocket, and so on. It was a poke at them homeboy.

          • http://www.facebook.com/jeff.sweatt.5 Jeff Sweatt

My name is Jeff. I am not a “homeboy”. Just a diehard Chiefs fan tired of watching our team waste millions of dollars on a second or third tier quarterback and suffer embarassing losses. It’s frustrating. We are both entitled to our opinions, but not snarky, capricious responses. Respect, my friend. The better part of discourse.

          • Danny W

            Okay Jeff
You’re a little pissy because we lost today and you wan’t to take it out on me. That’s fine be a tough guy behind your computer screen and take personal swipes at me. I’ve been around this site for a long long time. Any one that’s followed this site for longer than five years can tell you that. Take my homeboy back to the Trailer Park, why disparage poor people? Take a nap man, Jeff it’s a game it’s not life and death.

          • adrian

thats what i had to do danny. take a nice long nap and pretend it was a dream haha… it wasnt…

          • Danny W

            It’s a reoccurring nightmare brother.

          • Danny W

Well thanks for changing your post. I was not trying to slander you in anyway by calling you a homeboy. It means friend in my trailer park. As far as you being upset about the quarterback just click on my picture and read my thousands of post on this very subject. I’m a bit apathetic to it all. We agree in principal I assure you of that but there is no need in personal attacks.

          • Chief Hokie

Lol…my name is Jeff, and I am not a “homeboy.”

          • Danny W

It is kind of funny. You should have read his post before he changed every word of it. Down right poisonous. He was hating me for making fun of what he was hating. I think he gets it now. (hopefully)

        • micah stephenson

Well you was right. I was wrong. Cassel sucks! I been wait 4 games for him to show me something so I can say I told you so. He aint showed me s**t! Now the oline is still not the best and I dont think we have the deep threat wrs for the deep passing game. But yea Cassel is Garbage!!! O wen u hav players like Travis Daniels, A.Elam, J.Areanes on yo roster you are gone lose.

          • Danny W

Man Micah I love you dude. You stick to your word and I love that about a guy. I’m not going to be a dick and say haha told you so man that’s not what this is about. I want us to have a winner in there man that’s all. This stat will make it somewhat easier to swallow.

            2007 Brady – 21 sacks.
2008 Cassel – 47 sacks.
2009 Brady
            – 16 sacks.
4 of 5 Olinemen the same all three years. Borrowed this from a dude on AP and then vetted it. He holds on to the football for too long. He doesn’t make good reads and he throws way to many stupid passes brother.

          • micah stephenson

I keep it real. Wen they play good everything is cool. Wen the suck ill be the 1st 1 to say so. I use to think it was lack of pass blocking and wrs not creating seperation, droping passes, & tiping the ball up in the air to the enemy. When Cassel has had time he hasnt showed anything. After he threw the 1st pic of the game i was like “Cassel is done”. Do you think Quinn or Stanzi are any better? Im starting to think mayby Romeo is not head coach capable. I got a feeling this is the last yr of Pioli, Romeo, daboll, Cassel, Bowe, Lilja, Mcuster, Moeaki, Dorsey, Jackson, Belcher, Hillis and more. Sigh. Here we go with another few yrs of rebuilding. Sigh. Same ole s**t. Always rebuilding. :(

          • Danny W

No I don’t think Brady Quinn is any better and Stanzi is the poorest on the roster. Not because of Stanzi’s intangibles but because of his decision making it seems the game is too fast for him. I think at some point you have to put Brady Quinn in just to show the team you’re trying to spark a change.
I agree that RAC is on his last few games, he said in his presser “I don’t understand what happened to the team.” He just seems so out of his element. I think the Head coaching gig is too big for RAC.
Daboll cannot control his team fumbling or throwing picks and he had the numbers to stick around.
Cassel needs to be gone or sit on the bench and back up.
Bowe can be franchised again if we have to.
Albert will resign because I don’t think anyone is looking to give him huge money and in a pinch he could always slide over to guard.
Lilja will be gone but Jeff Allen will do just fine. We can draft someone to replace him.
McCluster and Moeaki are still under contract for a while but Moe hasn’t done anything this year but play volleyball. Dorsey Jackson Hillis and Belcher may be gone but I don’t think it will be that hard to replace these players in the draft.
I think the real issue Micah is Scott Pioli. I think he has tried to build this team through the draft and that is a correct and proper way BUT, he has drafted rather poorly. I don’t trust him to draft a franchise quarterback for the team and I hope he’s gone.

          • Chief Hokie

Finally! Welcome to the dark side.

          • Danny W

I think it’s the light not the dark we are leading people to Hokie. the light of something different,a positive change.

          • Chief Hokie

I say dark because to admit that Cassel sucks compels one to acknowledge that we have no talent at the most important position on our team, and thus, our season is doomed. However, I do see the potential for a positive change, however I find it hard to believe that Pioli has the competency to land a real QB.

      • http://twitter.com/taylonr Nate Taylor

I’m not sure anyone is playing consistent football. Charles had a good run, but also had 2 fumbles (definition of inconsistency.) I’d say Houston has the most consistency, but I’ll admit I don’t know much about defensive coverage so he could be out of place plenty as well.

  • matt cassell

Time to start ‘suck for geno’?

    • http://www.arrowheadaddict.com Patrick Allen

You bet Cassel! Keep up the good work.

    • Danny W

      Play like BS for GS

  • jlw62987

Coaching is the problem. Our team is never prepared to play and thats all on the coaches.

  • http://www.facebook.com/jeff.sweatt.5 Jeff Sweatt

Clearly, the chiefs need leadership, really strong leadership, on the offensive side of the ball. Our defense is fine. We have all the pieces in place to win a championship on that side and barring a few injuries, should be able to shut down any team in the NFL on a pretty consistent basis. Yet despite two of the most dynamic running backs in the league and a corps of receivers that any team would die for and exploit for a tremendous passing threat, we have one of the most embarassing yards per throw avg in the league. Stop walking around the elephant. Cassell is not, and never will be, a top 10 quarterback. With only a couple exceptions, every winning team the past 7 to 10 years in this league has had an elite, top-notch quarterback. He is a good system guy, a cog in the machine, and if everything goes as plans on a play, looks good. He simply cannot adapt to the missed block, the errant route, the unexpected blitz on a consistent, reliable basis. He can’t read defenses. He can’t make something out of nothing. He is a good journeyman backup, and that’s about it. We will NEVER advance into the playoffs and win without someone at the helm who has those abilities. Period. We are completely toast for this season (again) and don’t have that franchise guy to really get in the heads of opposing defenses at the quarterback position. Other teams do not respect his abilities — and we always end up falling behind and hoping our defense can make this or that big play to get us back. It’s ridiculous. We are, for the umpteenth time in the past 5 years, the laughingstock of the NFL. It’s just damned embarassing. We’ve had flashes here and there and won “A” division championship in a very, very bad division but that’s about it. Cassell has been a steady worker and earned the #1 on the depth chart, but you can’t make chicken salad out of chicken s-h-i-t. We have plenty of cash. We need an elite quarterback and the resolve to get one. Quinn will be a great backup but like Cassell, will always be a second tier player. We are tired of this. Bring in the big gun and let’s win a damned championship — not by default in a horrible division, but by placing the fear of God into every single opponent we face at home, and on the road. We have not led a single game this entire season. NOT ONE, including the game we tied and eventually won in overtime. Mr. Hunt, please listen to your income-funding base of fans and take a risk or two here. Put out the cash and lets all reap the rewards of that risk together. You’ll make a ton of sawbucks on the other side if we can consistently compete for championships and gain the respect of other teams in this league. Or, enjoy the sold out games and keep investing the rewards for your family’s future. I get the business side of that and concern for your family. But this is a football team and has all the intangible risk/reward elements that go with it. Make the tough choices and lead from the front — Pioli and crew are extremely talented but they do not own the team. You do. Tell them what you want and they will make it happen. If they won’t, then remember that you sign their checks from the account that we, the fans, are funding.

    • Jim Harper

Excellent post Jeff. You went right to the heart of the problem. Teams don’t respect us because of Cassel’s shortcomings. He cannot throw the deep ball and even the short passes are horribly inaccurate which is why the running game is not better. Lots of other guys on this team are playing their hearts out. Jamaal & Bowe in particular. Even Shannon Sharpe was on his case today. Right now the Chiefs have more talent and less to show for it than any other NFL team.

      • Danny W

Atta boy Jim. I think you’ve swapped your homer status in for the realist model. I knew you were that guy deep down.

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=16829554 Apurou Daniel Johnson

I heard Boomer Esiason comment on the difference between how the Chiefs and “real champions” (his example was the Patriots) play. It hurt to hear, but it’s true. Both had an acknowledged important must-win game to play today and one was the anti-thesis of the other.
I KNOW the Chiefs have playoff-caliber talent (you don’t turn the ball over six times and STILL be within winning up til the end), but I really believe two of the most important players on this squad (head coach and quarterback) are beyond their competence. It’s not a knock on their character; all have limits to their ability to excel and right now it’s clear Matt Cassel is a solid backup and Coach Crennel a defensive coordinator. Until those are upgraded, and this team believes in winning, we’ll get the same damn explanations about why the Chiefs underachieve.

    • http://twitter.com/taylonr Nate Taylor

For the past few years, SD has had “playoff-caliber talent.” They haven’t done much with it. Everyone in the NFL has talent, and some teams are loaded with it, but if you don’t know what to do with the talent it’s pointless.

It’s like having a Ferrari but not knowing how to shift out of first. You can’t sit around and talk about the top speed, because you don’t know how to get to that speed.

KC might have talent, but they don’t know how to get there. There’s been a couple flashes with Houston and Charles, but those are few and far between.

  • chieffanincorpus

I use to be a Cassel follower but now he needs to be run out if town!!!

    • http://twitter.com/taylonr Nate Taylor

Don’t know that I was ever a follower, but wanted to give him time, ala Tr-Int Green metamorphising into Trent Green

  • Danny W

Matt Cassel needs more positive vibes from the likes of us trashy Chiefs fans who want winning now. He knows that we think bad thoughts and those thoughts don’t resonate a winning atmosphere for him so he makes bad choices. It’s the fans fault right now because called them all quitters a couple of weeks ago and then they (the players) got sad guys. This loss was all on the fans. Those interceptions weren’t Matt Cassel’s fault either I mean are they ever? Micah? I know if I were a player I would be super confident while playing on the same team as Cassel because if we gave him more vibes he could do better. Peace out everyone.

    • http://www.facebook.com/jeff.sweatt.5 Jeff Sweatt

This loss was on the fans? What? It’s absurd to blame the fans.

      • Danny W

Take a deep breath and read my response to you below brother.

        • http://www.facebook.com/jeff.sweatt.5 Jeff Sweatt

          I read your response.

          • http://www.facebook.com/jeff.sweatt.5 Jeff Sweatt

            Enjoy the posts, all.

          • Danny W

Cassel is spelled with one L.

          • http://www.facebook.com/jeff.sweatt.5 Jeff Sweatt

Clueless is spelled with a capital “C”.

    • Chiefswatch

I personally would love to read the comments of Micah and MikeG. I want them to tell me how Cassel was awesome again. The only person left on the Cassel shit train is Cassel I am thinking. Anyone that will defend him at this point wants nothing more than to put it in Cassels rear and they will not risk that chance by bad mouthing him.

      • Danny W

He has to go soon. There is no denying that he is a huge liability.

  • Arrowhead58

Game planning & play calling is off. Charlie Weis was successful because he didn’t push the limit of the talent. He built momentum with his play calling and gained yards & players gained confidence. The Def is playing in horrible situations. No idea why they didnt mix in some brackets on Gates first half. He was chewing Berry up 1 on 1. Charles gets the ball in space after the play is a bust and then it’s a swing pass to him WAY too late. Run some plays designed to get him the ball in space. Cassel is too late checking down to him. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT HAPPEN TO DERRICK JOHNSON ? Hope he wasn’t hurt but Greenwood took his spot late.

  • Krans

First off this game blame it on the turnovers bottom line. You don’t turn it over six times and win ball games, period. Slow starts, lack of depth hurts as well, our offensive line is doing their best but they’re still shaky at times. I liked the early play calls with the passes, San Diego was stacking the line.

The defense is struggling, they held strong later but the offense couldn’t answer, no synergy. It’s clear Routt is a huge dropoff from Carr, the guy just gets burned, Flowers is still playing solid.

I wouldn’t call the season over, but it’s only going to get tougher with the Ravens next week, this was a must win game and the Chiefs just didn’t show up. Baldwin needs to be on the field more too.

    • Danny W

I agree with Baldwin needing to be on the field more but disagree about the season being over. We’ve been blown out of 6 games of seven if you count preseason.

  • KCinTX

I put this teams lack of performance on the Coaches. The core of this team, for whatever reason, cant play good consistently. So lets take a look at the core. Could we be lacking in football knowledge with the group of players we have. Cassel didn’t play in collage or in the NFL until the year before he started for us. Tamba didn’t play football at all until he was in collage. He was drafted as DE and moved to OLB. Our LT never took a snap at the position until he started in the NFL. Same could be said for our Center and Both our DE in the 3-4. Do I have this wrong? Do other teams have this many key players and 1st round picks playing different positions than what they played in collage? Out of the last 8 1st round draft picks. Only Bowe, Berry and DJ are starting at their collage position.

    • Jim Harper

It’s spelled college. Tamba started as a DE and switched to OLB when we changed from a 4-3 to a 3-4 and yes some move around but most are playing the same position. Flowers, McCluster, Arenas, Moeaki, Stanzi, Quinn and many others for example

      • KCinTX

When you correct my spelling I automatically picture you in a Nun outfit.
So who from your list did the Chiefs pick in the 1st round? I presume 1st round picks were elite at their positions while in college. I was wondering, if the fact that the Chiefs kept placing them in different position than what they excelled at in college, could be affecting their ability to play well on a consistent basis. I’m not saying they cant play the new position, I’m asking if the learning curve is causing the inconsistency. DJ and Bowe took 3 years to adapt from college to Pro. After they gained confidence they have played at a high level most of the time. Compare that to Dorsey, Jackson and Albert. All high 1st round picks and all playing slightly different positions than in college. All are inconsistent week to week. Hali is consistent but he would be above average no matter where they put him. He just wouldn’t accept anything less.

  • HuckDaddy

Damn. Tough loss. Hard not to get pissed at this team for underperforming. It is really simple though. We need a QB. Thats it. Nothing more.

  • Bruce S

The team, coaching staff and front office may be terrible but the Chiefs have lots of cap space and Hunt is making lots of money. That’s what counts, right? How’d Poe do today, Pioli? Good thing this team is so deep they could waste a high 1st round pick. Good gawd what a horrible organization.

  • http://www.facebook.com/greg.grooms.56 Greg Grooms

Cassel has to go now. We let Carr and Allen go evidently for money reasons. Not good decisions.

  • adrian

i dont know man this team makes me put my face in my hands… we held them too -1 yards in the 3rd qtr stopped them 2 or 3 times and instead of opening up the playbook and throwing it down the field to get the D loosened we insist on running it and man do we get stood up on both the o-line and d-line its like the other team is playing with kids… the chiefs need a mean streak they are all on the sideline all calm like if everything is ok where is that 1 person getting the team hype where is that loud mouth guy that wont shut up where is that guy that will come through and knock you on your a$$ and stand over you with his celebration dance or a nasty look… the chiefs are so conservative its not funny… soloman wilcots was laughing at the chiefs today during his broadcast i swear i wanted to smack him and would if i got a chance but then again the chiefs need to be smacked with some nasty and aggressiveness… man. my girl cooks some good meals for me on sundays and she knows i wait all week to watch my chiefs man. but i am going to ask her if she can make me a good breakfast so i wont throw up while watching the game… i like everyone else here want the chiefs to turn it around way too much talent to be playing this bad… but o well these guys probably dont have that competitive fire… that want too win mentality even if we are down. like a Michael Jordan type player that will never give up and will never go out without giving you his best and hardest shot… intestinal fortitude chiefs that is what it is going to take… do you have it??? because it doesn’t look like it…

  • Dfrey87

We have a really talented team besides one very key position qb. Our head coach is a joke and the environment and culture pioli is creating is freaking toxic in by far out weighs the personnel moves he has made and there are some good ones no one can argue thay we have much more talent now than before he got here. Our problem is the players show up with out hope the dont believe they can win before the game even starts u see it ob the sidelines. The reason our playmakers besides a few flashes here and there are not playing well is they do not believe in there supposed leaders ie Cassel and Rac. How hard are u gonna try when u believe ur fighting for no reason because no matter what they do there supposed leaders will screw it up. They know matt cassel sucks they know they are never gonna get anywhere no matter how well they play. There is alot of talent but no motivation no hope no belief its hard for our team to win games or play well when u have no belief in ur leaders. Im in the military i know how lack of belief in leadership can be the most determental to sucess than anything no matter how good the rest of ur team is. We have ro clean house starting with pioli rac and cassel for this team to have any success no matter how talented we have ro change the culture and mentality of this team if we ever wanna bring a championship back to kc. Go Chiefs

    • Danny W

Their body language isn’t that of a football team with a goal of winning the superbowl. More than anything they all look kind of apathetic.

  • David

You know what I find funny after Haley was fired and even before a lot of people wanted romeo to take over, now people are complaining about him. the offense has sucked this season, the defense has been slow to start. Cassel is not an elite qb, but jeff garcia proved that if the whole team is clicking you don’t need an elite qb to win the super bowl

    • http://www.facebook.com/lostkiara Stefanie Smith

That is a good point. Alex Smith is not an elite QB and the 9ers are winning games.

  • David

and yes i cassel is at fault for 2 of his 3 ints as well as charles his 2 fumbles and daughn his 1

  • http://www.facebook.com/trey.pilliard Trey Pilliard

I have always supported Cassel. But after today’s performance I’ve changed my mind. And it was one particular play. A wide open D-Bowe probably for a touchdown. Listen up people. We are one quarterback away from being champions.

    • Danny W

I think we are one quarterback away from being playoff contenders but I don’t know about champions just yet.

      • Chief Hokie

        Michael Vick anyone?

        • Danny W

Could have had him for five million when he got out. Sure as hell beats Cassel.

          • Chief Hokie

He won’t be in Philly for long…and he fits our offensive style. Maybe draft a 1st round QB and use Vick as a stop gap for a year or two, see how it goes.

          • Danny W

That’s fine with me Hokie as long as we draft Geno, Matt Barkley, or Tyler Wilson in the first round.Don’t think any of those guys including Vick couldn’t find Baldwin Bowe Breaston or McCluster. Throw in Jamal Charles and Hillis, oh my word we’re talking super bowl.

          • Chief Hokie

            Let’s get it done boss

          • Danny W

HIre me as the GM and I will hire you as the head coach, :-)

          • Chief Hokie

Mike Gooding can be our team’s cheerleader, relentlessly waving those pom poms, oblivious to the fact that our team is getting blown out.

          • Danny W

That is his current job we would have to fire him from that current position.

  • jimfromkc

One of the problems that hasn’t been addressed goes back to some of the posters here and at Pride. They have been whining their butts off about giving the ball to Charles more. Well, they got their wish last week when Romeo ran his butt into the ground. Well that translated into his game this week, He is just not an every down back and should be used accordingly. I think his 2 fumbles probably were the result of him not being completely over the pounding he took last week. Another thing I have been saying is that the offensive line that most of you have been overestimating is a work in progress and will probably be better as the season goes along, but I will repeat for those who haven’t heard my take on it. You have Albert at LT who is just a little above average and would probably be great at LG, You had Lilja at LG who is undersized and getting past his prime coming off of a terrible year in 2011. Then you had Hudson at center who had never played the position since high school. Next you have Asamoah at RG who has had a fair season last year playing between 2 players completely new to him and last you have Winston at RT playing for the first time with the Chiefs who has a reputation of being a good run blocker, but leaves a lot to be desired in pass blocking. Folks that ain’t a good recipe for what you all expected from this off line. You could go on and on about Pioli’s drafts, If you keep track of the Chief’s drafts like I do and make your own mocks you will see that too many players that you and I liked were ignored by Pioli and have become solid NFL players, while most of his picks seem to end up being projects who may or may not ever be NFL caliber. Dare I mention Jackson and Magee, or McCluster and the other midget.

I don’t think anyone is pleased with Pioli at this point barring a few ignorant worshipers of everything Chiefs until said person gets fired. I haven’t been for Pioli since he drafted Tyson Jackson. With all of the smoke and mirrors and the Haley fiasco just continued to mar his tenure. I think he needs to find new employment doing something else. His drafts have been pretty laughable thus far. You could give hime Berry, McCluster, Baldwin, and Houston. Thats four players of 28. Pioli has to go.

Matt cassel needs to go…Don’t remember who but last year someone on here wrote an article about matt cassel falling like a sand castle under any kind of pressure. I’ve held my tongue about him waiting for him to turn the infamous corner….this kid is truly a sand cassel….He cannot take any kind of pressure….Next!
