Titans’ O.J. Murdock Dead, According To Police Report

Terrible news to report from the NFL world today; Titans WR O.J. Murdock has reportedly killed himself.

According to a police report, Murdock was found in his car this morning in front of Middleton High School. He had a self-afflicted gunshot wound and was transferred to the hospital in critical condition. Later this morning, Murdock passed away from his injuries.

Murdock played ball at Fort Hays State and signed with the Titans last year as an undrafted free agent. He sat out the 2011 season with an achilles injury. He had been excused from Titans camp thus far for personal reasons.

Obviously this is awful news and our toughs and prayers go out to OJ and his family.

Murdock was 25.
