Brandon Taylor Works Out For Chiefs

Matthew Emmons-US PRESSWIRE

The NFL draft is quickly approaching and the Kansas City Chiefs are doing their last minute due diligence. According to Aaron Wilson of Scout.com, the Chiefs have worked out LSU safety Brandon Taylor.

Safety is a position of little depth in Kansas City. Taylor is rated as the third best safety in the draft by NFL Draft Scout and he is projected to go somewhere in the third round.

A safety in the third sounds about right to me. The Chiefs have Eric Berry and Kendrick Lewis solidified as starters so a guy like Taylor could serve as a solid backup.

What do you think Addicts? Will the Chiefs add a safety in this year’s draft?
