Chiefs Showing Interest In WR Ryan Broyles

Not long ago, Kansas City Chiefs head coach Romeo Crennel talked about a couple of positions you can never have enough of including pass rushers and speed receivers.

We’ve seen the Chiefs take a look at both types of players this offseason and it appears they’ve just looked at another.

Kansas City was one of a number of teams to attend a workout for Oklahoma WR Ryan Broyles.

Broyles tore his ACL in November so there is some question as to whether or not he will be ready for the start of the NFL season.

He is a smaller, slot type receiver at 5’10” and 188 pounds. NFL Draft Scout projects him as a 3-4th round draft pick.

The Chiefs could use some depth at receiver so I’d be fine with them spending a later round pick on a prospect.
