2012 NFL Schedule: Cowboys, Giants Open The Season

Several matters are getting settled at this week’s NFL league meetings down in Florida and one of them is the day and time for the 2012 season opener.

The 2012 NFL season will begin with the defending Super Bowl Champion New York Giants taking on the NFL ratings darlings, the Dallas Cowboys on Wednesday, September 5th.

That’s right Addicts, Wednesday night football. You’ve got to love it. This moves us just a bit closer to having football every day of the week. I for one am glad to know that the season will be starting one day earlier than I might have expected.
