According to Mike Klis of the Denver Post, QB Brady Quinn will visit the Kansas City Chiefs today.

I know Quinn isn’t very popular but I like this visit a lot. Romeo Crennel drafted Quinn in the first round, and I never feel like he got a real shot in Cleveland. There was a QB controversy with Derick Anderson and some injury issues that kind of messed up his development.

I am not saying Quinn is definitely the answer at QB for the Chiefs but a QB depth chart of Cassel, Quinn and Stanzi isn’t that bad, especially considering the type of football the Chiefs will have to play next season. This team will need to run the ball and play strong defense to win. The QBs will need to manage the game and take care of the ball.

Who knows? Maybe Quinn will be a late bloomer.
