1. Brandon Carr

Almost every KC fan was in agreement that by the end of this last season the defense was starting to play at an elite level. In my opinion, Carr was a vital part of that defense. So much of what KC was doing, be it against Aaron Rogers or Tim Tebow relied on their two starting CBs playing “on an island” on the outside. Having two good corners that can handle that gives you an extra man to use. One extra body makes a HUGE difference. That’s an extra man to either rush the passer, stuff the run, or help in coverage over the middle. If the Chiefs lose Carr and can’t find a CB to replace him that can be trusted in one on one man coverage then the Chiefs go back to having to keep both safeties back and they lose that extra man. That would have a HUGE effect on the defense overall and KC should not take that risk. Not when their defense is on the verge of becoming something very special.

So there is my list, Addicts. What do you think? Did I leave anybody off? Did I mess the order all up? Give me your thoughts in the comments.

As always, thanks for reading and GO CHIEFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
