The Arrowhead Addict staff is going on the record with our predictions for today’s game. Let’s do it.
I am still so disgusted with KC’s performance vs. the Dolphins that I am almost tempted to pick the Broncos in this game. I feel wronged, you see? I picked the Chiefs to win by a lot on Sunday and instead they lost by a lot. To the Dolphins.
Still, the Chiefs have been dead and buried before and have been able to come back from it. It may not be pretty but I’ll be damned if I’ll pick Tim Tebow to win at Arrowhead Stadium.

I see this as a close game. Mainly because I’ll be seeing it close from the second row! But I predict a close game not because of the teams skills but lack thereof. Chump Bailey will give Duane Bowe a difficult time, but the addition of Baldwin will help us considerably. I also believe our D-line will give their O-line a run for their money. Every three pointer we score will be money in the bank on this one.
Chiefs 24 Donkey butts 21
T-Bone head will not enjoy the free reign he had against the Raiders. It is doubtful that the Bonk-oos offense is able to accomplish much at all because the Chiefs should be able to shut their running game down easily. That leaves it up to Tim-bacle. Watching him get pinched will be most of the pleasure in this game. Meanwhile, Battle, Bowe, Breaston, Baldwin and even J.J. Birden should have a good game. I realize Birden would have to put on a uniform again but, if he did, he’d probably score at will against their porous defense.
Chiefs 31, Bonk-oos 13
It’s a repeat of last week. Just like the Dolphins, the Broncos can and will win this in trenches and in the process we give Tebow enough time and space to make him even look good. Until Cassel and both sides of our line prove their better than they’ve been playing, I’m calling this one ugly, ugly, ugly. Muttering and murmers start anew for Todd Haley’s firing. I’ll be there at the game witness the carnage. Go Chiefs!!
Broncos 34, Chefs 9
Last week has me rattled. Part of me thinks last week was a sign of real problems and if they continue the Chiefs could definitely lose this game. On the other hand, last week could have the Chiefs fired up this week and they could beat the Broncos by a couple of scores. I’ll split the difference and call the Chiefs in a close one. I think Cassel comes through in the clutch and leads the team for a late game winning TD drive. Final score:
Chiefs 24 Donkeys 20
Chiefs 17, Tebows 14
This is a tough one, with the Denver Tebows changing their offense. My prediction is a rough, ugly game and Tebow’s call to above is unanswered.
