Part of Denver’s success last week was that the Raiders weren’t prepared for the option, often finding themselves out of position. That shouldn’t be the case this weekend as Romeo Crennel and the Chiefs now have some tape on Tebow and the read option. They have an idea of what could be coming.As John Elway told the Broncos website earlier this week, Denver will eventually have to become a more balanced offensive attack — they use a lot more shotgun with Tebow — but for now they’re going with what works, and that’s the read option.
