KC Chiefs Must Be Competitive vs. Chargers

A win today against the San Diego Chargers would cure a lot of things for the Kansas City Chiefs but even losing in a competitive fashion might make things seem a little brighter in the City of Fountains.

Going from 0-2 to 0-3 can rarely be described as a good thing but it could be for the Chiefs. Kansas City has looked so bad in it’s first two games that people are already beginning to call for Todd Haley’s head. Losing is one thing but being so bad that your team is the joke of the NFL is another.

If the Chiefs can settle down and play a solid, competitive football game, the hysteria in Kansas City might die down a little. Should they get blown out again, however, the calls for Haley’s job are sure to get louder.

What do you think Addicts? Will the Chiefs get back on the road to respectability today in San Diego or are things about to get even messier in KC?
