Jamaal Charles Injured, Leaves Field On Cart

The Kansas City Chiefs are trailing the Detroit Lions 7-3.

But their best player could be in serious trouble.

RB Jamaal Charles suffered a knee injury of some kind while stretching for a first down on the team’s first offensive drive of the game. Charles was unable to put weight on his leg and left the field on a cart.

The Chiefs running game appears to be back on track. Their first drive was all runs; however, it will be interesting to see how they fair without Charles.

We’ll keep you updated as news comes.
