Gerald McCoy Is Kind of Dumb…But Hilariously So

I stopped by Pro Football Talk this morning and they had some quotes from Tampa Bay Buccaneers DT Gerald McCoy.

The Bucs got curb-stomped by the New England Patriots last night. Tom Brady and the Pats were moving very quickly from the huddle to the line and it caught some of the Bucs players napping.

McCoy was talking with Greg. A. Bedard of the Boston Globe and busted out a tirade of hilarity. Seriously, not since Dan Quayle has someone said so many unintentionally hilarious things in such a short span of time.

“[Adrian] Clayborn came to me and was like, ‘Oh my god, it was so fast!’ I said, ‘I know! That’s what I’ve been trying to tell you!’ It was a reality check, we needed that,” McCoy told Bedard.

Then he got on to talking about the Chiefs…we think.

“[Linebacker Mason Foster? He needed to see Tom Brady. He didn’t see to see Calabaloo from last week, whatever the dude’s name was. I’m sorry if you can hear this. I don’t know who you were, I’m sorry. It’s nothing personal,” McCoy said.

“Tyler Palko?” asked a reporter.

“Falko, yeah, the replacement. He needed to see Tom Brady,” McCoy responded.

Bwahahahahahahahaha!

It is a nickname made in Big Matt heaven. From this day forward, I decree that Tyler Palko shall only be referred to as “Falko Calabaloo.”
