Scott Pioli Interview

You may have noticed recently that we have revamped our the Addict Forums. The forums are a place for you all to contribute to Arrowhead Addict, write your own blogs and share cool Chiefs related news and content you find interesting from around the net.

I stopped by the forums tonight and saw Chiefhokie posted a really great Scott Pioli video that I had never seen. It is a few weeks old but Pioli talks a lot about this most recent draft class, in particular, Jon Baldwin and Justin Houston.

I really like what Pioli has to say about Houston. It shows that his philosophy for choosing players goes a lot deeper than just picking team captains and shunning any guy who has ever done anything negative in his life. Pioli clearly does his research and while he admits he is could be taking risks, he demonstrates that they are calculated risks. I think this is a great attitude for a GM to have and I think it will serve Pioli well as he continues to build this team.
