Raiders Lose Zach Miller To Seahawks

The Seattle Seahawks have announced that they have signed former Raiders TE Zach Miller.

The Seahawks and Raiders had both been vying for Miller’s services for the last few days. Thankfully, Miller got out of Oak-town while the gettin was good.

With the loss of Nnamdi Asomugha to the Eagles, the Raiders have now lost two high quality players. Asomugha is arguably the best CB in the NFL and Miller is certainly a top five TE.

The Raiders finally started gaining some respect last season after years of futility. Will they be able to continue their improvement in 2011 without two of their top players?

Let’s hope not.
