Chiefs Training Camp Report

The Kansas City Chiefs hit the practice field for their second day of training camp yesterday afternoon. AA reader Ryan was on hand and managed to snag photos and videos for us to share with you.

First, let’s take a look at some of Ryan’s thoughts and observations from practice.

-It was a pretty easy day. All position specific drills. Toward the the end of practice Brandon Flowers had a nice pick against Cassel and the wide receiver was either Urban or Bowe.

-I was impressed with Ricky Stanzi.

-Allen Bailey is an absolute monster and fan favorite.

-Andy Studebaker looks as though he is already the starter…he really wants it and it is evident.

Ryan snagged three videos for us. These are all RB drills. Thomas Jones looks like he is moving very well. Actually, his feet looked to be the fastest of all four backs. We also get our first look at FB Shane Bannon. Notice that Jones, Charles and McCluster all have arrowheads on their helmets. Bannon does not.
