Weekend’s half over, sorry folks. I always know it’s fully over when I hear the ticking of the clock on “60 Minutes” and it’s the worst sound in the world. It’s almost as bad as waiting for the bell to ring first day back from summer vacation, or the drive home from a long trip. The waiting for something you enjoy to officially be over. Bummer.
Not to fear though Addicts, each day that ends is theoretically one day closer to having football back in action. Here at AA this week we had Nick (the other one, I don’t refer to myself in first person unless someone slips Absinthe into my Jägerbombs) talk about pre-free agency and opponent rankings, while Lyle asked us to make the call on the Chiefs roster. Crock had several good posts to check out including a continuation of his “Top Players By Position Under the Age Of 27” series, a piece telling Chiefs fans to stop talking about bringing on Aubrayo Franklin, and what I’m sure will be DD’s favorite post of the week “Loving The Haley.” Crock’s a content machine folks.
