New Commenting System Is Live

We told you yesterday that we have implemented a new commenting system. The new system is live and I wanted to do a quick update on where we are at before our feature articles start rolling out today. After all, it is “Big Matt Monday” so I know many of you will have plenty of comments for the big guy come noon KC time.

The new commenting system we are using is through DISQUS. There are many cool features that it offers, the chief of which is ease of access. You can sign in a number of different ways, using a number of different social media platforms. This should end, once and for all, entering a code every time you want to comment.

Once signed in, you can manage your own profile on your dashboard. Here you can change your avatar to the one you’ve been using on AA (or a new one) and also create a bio and track your conversations with other AA members. It is a really nifty system and we are hoping it goes over well. Please everyone, sign up, get commenting and give us as much feedback as you can. If this works, we will roll it out network-wide.
