Herm Edwards was known as a skilled motivator during his time coaching the Kansas City Chiefs.

His encouragement allowed Glenn Dorsey to get fat.

His encouragement allowed Dwayne Bowe to “stay just the way he was” which was a WR with above average talent and below average hands.

His encouragement allowed the Chiefs to lose a whole bunch of games in a short period of time. Like a lot.
