Just a quick note about a cool article on KCChiefs.com. Some Chiefs fans in Joplin took the time to send a note to the team to say thanks for the organizations efforts to help the tornado survivors.
They send in a really great picture, posted above.
It is good to know that our love and enjoyment for pro sports can bring us together even in tragedy. Football is, after all, an escape for fans. Hopefully there will be plenty of football this fall for the folks in Joplin to enjoy while they rebuild their town.
