NFL Lockout Is Back OnStill Lifted

Update: ESPN.com has retracted it’s statement that the temporary stay lifting the lockout has been granted. As of now, there has still been no official decision. Keep faith but don’t hold your breath.

The 8th Circuit Court has granted the NFL’s request for a temporary “stay” meaning the lockout is

back on.

Just hours after players were allowed to return to their team’s facility to workout, the NFL will now be kicking them out and locking the doors, at least through the weekend.

Hopefully Todd Haley was able to distribute as many playbooks as possible before the ruling came down. Come to that, I hope Matt Cassel was able to get in and have a talk with new QB coach Jim Zorn.

It looks like Rodger Goodell will be in line for some more boos tonight at the NFL Draft. I will try to get some if it on video for you if I can.
