Arrowhead Addict’s Chiefs Smackdown: Sweet 16 Announced

In the spirit of March Madness, we are hosting the first ever Arrowhead Addict Chiefs Smackdown in order to determine the most beloved player in all of Chiefs Nation.

We seeded the top KC Chiefs players last week and concluded “Lamar Hunt’s Opening Round” last evening.

We are now entering “Len Dawson’s Sweet 16.” Voting for the Sweet 16 is only open for two days so make sure you vote by midnight tomorrow night!

The opening round saw only one upset.

#17 Wallace Gilberry knocked off #16 Jovan Belcher 69%-31%. Gilberry now faces the tough task of taking on the tournaments #1 seed, Jamaal Charles. Charles defeated #32 Tyson Jackson with ease. In fact, Jackson did not record a single vote.

The other seriously close match was #12 Brian Waters just edging out #21 Dexter McCluster by a margin of 53%-47%.
