Just wanted to drop a quick post for you guys. I’m currently traveling back to NYC from Ohio. Grandma Allen turned 90 this weekend and we threw a big bash for her.
I’ll be back later this evening but for now, check out this article from Sporting News on the 2008 NFL Draft. They say is always takes three years to truly evaluate a draft class. I know this theory annoys some folks but you can’t argue that the Chiefs had a number of players have excellent third seasons in 2010.
The article gives credit to Herm and Carl for putting together the class. Then again, they had 12 picks to work with and a number of those players were busts. What do you guys think? Did Herm and Carl draft a brilliant class in 2008 or did they just get lucky on half of their 12 picks?
