So Chiefs fans, the NFLPA filed decertification paperwork today. Fairly monumental I must admit. Yet as much as this sucks, and it does, it may make the off season just that much more interesting. I’m being optimistic here. I think that this could be very enjoyable if you have a bad sense of humor. I have a notoriously bad sense of humor. Watching the drama unfold and amplify will be quite entertaining to me. This should help distract me from the idea that the Chiefs may not have a season…
Here at Arrowhead Addict we started the week with Big Matt’s prognostication that the Chiefs may tinker with free agency, but will not make major changes or pick up crazy expensive players. Victor’s piece played nicely into this, as he astutely pointed out that spending all the money in the world won’t guarantee proficiency* and that there are lots of diamonds in the rough later in the draft.** I defected on Wednesday, sorry. Emergency called. Merlin reconfigured his mock draft with information gained from the combine, and Randy finished off the week by simply asking: Arrowhead Adventures 2011?
