The Morning Fix

Tony DiPardo, who led the musical charge at every Kansas City Chiefs home game for more than 40 years, passed away early Thursday morning.

The Kansas City icon, who was known as “Mr. Music,” was 98.

He suffered a brain aneurysm in December and had been in failing health.

In case you forgot, Burress has been serving a two-year sentence on a gun charge after his illegally carried firearm dropped down from the waistband of his pants in a NYC nightclub and fired, shooting Burress in the leg and almost nailing a security guard. He’s scheduled for release this June.

So it amused me last night when Kansas City Chiefs’ star rookie safety, Eric Berry (hey, I didn’t say I was immune to this social absurdity), set a goal to make his latest slang a trending topic on Twitter.

Berry even managed to pull fellow teammate Glenn Dorsey into the fray.

This new catchphrase, Wuzzham, is what it’s all about. While I don’t know the origins of this new social lexicon, Berry and his crew of family and fans have been blowing up the social application with it for a solid 24 hours now.
