Chiefs vs. Ravens: Wednesday Injury Report

The Kansas City Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens are just days away from their Wild Card playoff clash and the teams hit the practice field today to prepare.

The day started off with a scare for Chiefs fans with the news that Brian Waters and Dwayne Bowe were absent from practice. We’ve now learned that both men are ill and are expected to play Sunday.

While the news about Bowe and Waters caused a bit of a stir, some news about some key Ravens players flew under the radar. We’ve got the Wednesday injury report for both teams after the jump.

Ravens:

Did not practice: C Birk (knee), DT Ngata (thigh), S Reed (chest) and LB Suggs (knee) all missed practice today

Limited: LB Ellerbe (head), LB Gooden (shoulder), LB McClain (back), CB Wilson (head), S Zbikowski (back)

Full: WR Derrick Mason (abs/ankle), T Michael Oher (knee/ankle) and WR David Reed (wrist)

Word on the Ravens beat is that Reed is expected to play.
