Charles, Lewis Up For Weekly Awards

Kendrick Lewis likes hardware.

In what has become a common theme this season, a couple of Kansas City Chiefs are up for weekly NFL awards.

Kendrick Lewis has been nominated for the Pepsi Rookie of the Week award for his two interception game against the St. Louis Rams.

Lewis will be going up against four other rookies, including Jimmy Clausen of the Carolina Panthers, LeGarrette Blount of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Arthur Moats of the Buffalo Bills and Aaron Hernandez of the New England Patriots.

More after the jump.

Jamaal Charles is also up for some hardware for his 11 carry, 126-yard day in St. Louis. Charles won this award way back in Week 8.

Charles has some stiff competition in Donald Brown of the Indianapolis Colts and Ray Rice of the Baltimore Ravens.

Head over to NFL.com to vote for Lewis and Charles. Remember, they do this “Chicago Politics Style” so you can vote as many times as you like. Even if you’re dead.
