July 31, 2010: Quarterback Matt Cassel of the Kansas City Chiefs gives out some instructions to running back Jamaal Charles during drills at training camp, on the campus of Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, Missouri.


The Kansas City Chiefs offense is suddenly a force and leading the charger are RB Jamaal Charles and QB Matt Cassel.

Both Charles and Cassel are up for the player of the week award on

Cassel is up for the Fedex Air Player of the Week award. To emerge victorious, he must take out his old pal Tom Brady and Jay Cutler of the Chicago Bears.

Cherles is in the running for the Fedex Ground Player of the Week award for his 173 yard performance against the Seahawks. Charles goes up against Peyton Hillis of the Browns and Brian Westbrook of the San Fransisco 49ers.
