ESPN.com has released their weekly Power Rankings and the Kansas City Chiefs have moved up a couple of spots.

Kansas City currently ranks #13 in the rankings, just behind the 7-3 Chicago Bears. The Chiefs were ranked 15th a week ago following their loss to the Denver Broncos.

Speaking of the AFC West, the Chiefs are once again the highest ranked team in the division but not by much.

The San Diego Chargers are right behind them at #14 and the Oakland Raiders slipped from #12 to #16 after their loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Denver Broncos continue to bring up the rear at #27, down a spot from a week ago.

No teams the Chiefs have defeated are currently ranked ahead of them.
