The Kansas City Chiefs squeaked out a victory against the winless Buffalo Bills at Arrowhead Stadium Sunday.

A big part of the reason the Chiefs were able to hang on was the play of their defense. KC has been very good against the run all season but they have struggled at times giving up yards through the air.

The Kansas City Chiefs won a nail biter 13-10 over the Buffalo Bills on Sunday and held off the rest of the AFC West for another week.

The Chiefs moved to 5-2 but were only able to extend their lead over the Denver Broncos who lost to the San Francisco 49ers in England.

The Chargers and Raiders both won Sunday to keep pace with the Chiefs.

The Kansas City Chiefs made sure all of their fans got more than a few Halloween scares.

Todd Haley and the Chiefs kept the Buffalo Bills winless by winning the game in the final seconds of overtime on a Ryan Succop FG.

Succop had a chance to win the game earlier when he saw his 39-yard FG get blown off course by the swirling winds of Arrowhead.

The Bills also had their chances. Their first came at the end of regulation when the Bills found themselves on the KC 41-yard line with under a minute to go with the game tied. 10-10. Fitzpatrick dropped back to pass and was intercepted by Chiefs rookie and first round draft pick Eric Berry. The Chiefs failed to advance the ball and the game went in to overtime.

And that is when things got crazy.
