You Ain’t Seen Nothin Yet

The Kansas City Chiefs did not have a great game on Friday night. I think we can all agree on that. However, I think we have to ask ourselves if we really believed his 4-12 team was going to come out in their first exhibition game and look fantastic. I think it is important that we remember that there are a lot of new faces on this football team and a lot of them are young faces. These guys are still gelling as a team and they were going up against a group of guys that have been playing together for about 3 years. The Chiefs are still playing catch up and it is going to take time for this team to plug all of its holes.

That being said, I think we are in for an up and down season but I think there will be more ups that we saw last year. The talent on this team almost guarantees that. Whether or not that will lead to a winning record I do not know.

But I do know this.

I love the Kansas City Chiefs.

So here’s to more ups than downs. And being a Chiefs fan!
