Morning Addicts. If you weren’t on the site last night, we have a special surprise for you this morning. Las night I got the chance to speak to Chiefs TE and 3rd round draft pick, Tony Moeaki. I’ve stuck his interview to the front page for the morning some everyone gets a chance to see it. Hope you all enjoy it and again, thanks to Tony for giving me some of his time.
And here is your Morning Fix!
He just went out and played pro football and acted like a gentleman for one season, two seasons, three … in the end it was 22 seasons.
Lost in the muddy ramifications of Big Ben’s trip to a dirty bathroom in a Georgia bar about two weeks ago was this story: New York Giants punter Jeff Feagles announced his retirement.
After 22 seasons and 352 games in the NFL, Feagles’ body had enough. A sore back and a swollen knee from the start of his off-season workout program was a message he could not ignore. So as the month of April came to end, so did his career as the NFL’s most prolific punter.
Most fans around the country that even bothered to know who Feagles was generally considered him just another one of those faceless legs that handle the punts and kicks in the pro game. But among other punters and those in the know when it comes to NFL special teams, Feagles was a rock star.

“The games in December and January are tough every year to sell out unless you’re a very strong playoff contender,” chairman Clark Hunt said. “I would expect we’ll be in a similar situation again this year, but I still have my fingers crossed we’re still going to be alive in the playoff hunt. That could have a different bearing on whether we get blacked out or not.”
Hunt wouldn’t disclose 2009 season-ticket sales other than to say they were down from 2008. The Chiefs sold about 60,000 that year.
Ten wins in three seasons mixed with a down economy can make tickets a difficult sell.
“Talking about the sports industry, this is as challenging a time as there has ever been to sell tickets,” Hunt said. “I follow what’s going on in the other leagues. I see what’s going on in the industry. Tickets sales across the NFL were down for the first time in I don’t know how many years.

Denver Broncos 1st Round NFL Draft Pick Quarterback Tim Tebow brings out the best and the worst opinions from football fans. During his college career at The University of Florida, Tebow had scores of “haters” and so many there’s a website home for them called “Tebow Haters” at TebowHaters.com.
Tebowhaters.com so hates Time Tebow they’ve got a wealth of material which dates back to 2006 and have joined in with The Bleacher Report for a “bust watch” clock on for Tim now that the Oakland Raiders have released their 2007 1st Round Pick JaMarcus Russell.

The Kansas City Chiefs have a lot of new fans at Fort Leavenworth on Tuesday after several players visited soldiers to thank them for their service to their country. But the players say that the soldiers had a surprise for them, as they were thanked in return for the entertainment that the NFL provides for troops around the world.

Here are two promising nose tackles who may end up without a home, not because they don’t have talent, but they don’t have any space to display it. Frankly, I think they could both beat out Terrence Cody but its not likely the Ravens would cut a second round pick. If your a Chiefs fan, how does that sound?
Lamar Divens came from division 1-AA a year ago at Tennessee State. Kelly Talavou was a mid round pick out of Utah. They both play hard, they both are strong, and they both have no character issues.
Now let’s talk linebackers. Baltimore has 15 linebackers on their squad. All of them are NFL linebackers. 15. A real log jam, so somebody has to go right?
Kansas City could use two of them. What would you like?
