Or, as I like to call it, “Mr. Wade DROPS In.”
From Pro Football Talk:
The Washington Redskins have added another veteran free agent wide receiver.
Wade signed with the Chiefs in September after getting cut by the Vikings, and he ended up playing in 12 games for Kansas City, starting six, and catching 36 passes for 367 yards and two touchdowns.
In addition to the Chiefs and the Vikings, Wade (who seems like he’s been around forever but actually just turned 29 years old) has played for the Bears and Titans.
You know how KC is sometimes called New England West? Well Washington seems to want the moniker of KC East. From Josh Looney’s Twitter, here are some former Chiefs that are now Redskins.
Bobby Wade signs with Redskins, giving Wash LJ, Sean Ryan and Wade off last year’s KC roster. They also roster Medlock, Gatewood & Hagans
I thought the goal in Washington was to get better, not worse! L.J., Wade and Medlock? And Hagans! Hagans is that guy who threw a pass in the Raiders game from 08′…remember? It is like a parade of Chiefs failures.
