Ted Ginn Traded To San Fran

Damn it! I am going to reserve full judgment here until I find out the details of the trade and what the 49ers gave up but if it is a 5th or less, the Chiefs are going to feel my wrath.

Eh, screw it. Jay Glazer is reporting it is that it was a late round pick and I am guessing a 5th or a 6th here.

What in the heck were the Chiefs thinking? Ginn’s problems with drops aside, he is worth a 5th as a kick returner alone. I don’t want to totally nail Scott Pioli on this because I don’t know his master plan but for heavens sake, this guy was there for the taking!

The only decent return man the Chiefs had last season was Jamaal Charles and KC can’t afford to be putting him back there now that he is their lead back.

Why miss out on a chance to add an 25 year old, explosive return man with something to prove when you have absolutely NO depth at WR? I just don’t get it.

I hope Pioli has some big plans for those 5th round picks.
