From Arrowhead Pride:
And the fun in the AFC West continues.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports the Denver Broncos have agreed to terms with NT Jamal Williams. The contract runs three years.
This is a big move for the Broncos and a slight shift of power in the AFC West. Williams, 34, has anchored the San Diego Chargers defensive line since 1998 when he was drafted by the team.
He’s certainly up there in age but up until last season he’d been able to stay on the field consistently.
I was kind of hoping KC would take a look at Williams but alas. I guess Thomas Jones will just have to run his ass over now. =)
