Great if they do. Would not like the pressure to come up with 2 WR in Draft. Golden Tate may be a great fit with that 2A pick (He knows Weis's offense and has good measurables). Antonio Bryant is the only decent UFA FA and is in the same mold as our 2 current WR.

If we do indeed resign Chambers, I will give a sigh of relief. Then I will look at the rest of the Chiefs and start stressing again.

Bobby Wade was terrible last year. We are really shallow at WR even if we do resign Chambers.

Yah, I don't recall Nick or anyone else saying we "were" getting Boldin. It was all commentating about the wrestling match between us and the ravens.

You nailed it Adam. Terrible player at this point in his career. He is obviously too old to produce.

TBG:

Nick never said we were getting Boldin. He said we were going after Boldin and he said if the Ravens weren't willing to give up more than what the Chiefs offered, they would get Boldin. The Ravens gave up more and they got him.

I will be really upset if Bobby Wade is back on our roster, he is a waste of space and money.

The ball dropping was contagious last year. Wade came in, had a couple of good games then WHAM, started to look like Bowe. I say trade Bowe, if anybody would, and cut Wade. If we resign Chambers and Cassel goes to him often he may play hard all season for once.

I agree we need him bad,we still dont know about Bowes problem dropping the ball.maybe we can draft Golden TATE somehow also. WITH ME BOBBY WADE JUST DONT CUT IT.

The same Nick Wright that said the Chiefs were definitely getting Boldin?

Nick Wright is WRONG all the time. If he thinks we are re-signing Chambers that likely means he's inking a contract in Cincinnati right now.

That's good news (if it's true). The last thing this team needs is to lose one of it's only play makers.
