Chiefs Taking A Wait And See Approach?

We are now 13 hours into the free agency period and the Kansas City Chiefs have yet to be linked to any free agents. That is not to say they are not shopping. The new Chiefs regime has a history of being very tight lipped and so it may be that no one in the media has caught on to what the Chiefs are doing…yet.

Another possibility is that the Chiefs are taking a wait and see approach. There are a few teams that are being very aggressive in the early stages and the Chiefs may be trying to avoid getting into a bidding war.

As it stands, the teams creating the most buzz are the Bears, Dolphins, Rams, Lions, Chargers, Jets, Browns and Seahawks.

Pioli and company may take a day or two to let the market settle and when the dust clears, they’ll make their move.
